Police say two 16-year-old boys are in stable condition in hospital after being stabbed by an intruder in an Aurora, Ont., home.

York Regional Police say they received a report on Saturday morning that someone had been stabbed and responding officers found the boys suffering from stab wounds.

Investigators say a man broke into the home and there was a struggle.

They say a suspect was arrested in the Cobourg, Ont., area with the assistance of the provincial police.
