Provincial police are investigating a deadly crash just south of Caledonia in southern Ontario.

Two men were killed early Monday when a tractor-trailer collided with a pickup truck on Highway 6.

Both of the men were in the pickup and were pronounced dead at the scene.

A third person in the pickup was taken to hospital with undetermined injuries and the tractor-trailer driver was not hurt.

The identities of the victims were not immediately released.

The highway was closed from Argyle Street south to Fourth Line for several hours while police investigated the cause of the accident.
