Jeffrey Durocher had a natural hat trick as the Gatineau Olympiques routed the Quebec Remparts 8-1 on Monday in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action.

Alex Dostie reeled off three consecutive goals in the third period for Gatineau (13-16-3), while Vitalii Abramov added a pair of goals and four assists. Mathieu Bellemare made 33 saves for the win.

Matthew Boucher ended Bellemare's shutout with a power-play goal late in the third for Quebec (18-12-3). Callum Booth stopped 9-of-13 shots for the Remparts in the first 25:52 of work. Durocher's third goal knocked Booth out of net. He was replaced by Evgeny Kiselev, who turned aside 8-of-12 shots in relief.

The Olympiques couldn't score on their one power play and Quebec went 1 for 7 with the man advantage.
