A Saskatoon man will be sentenced next week for stabbing another man during a hip-hop show at a Saskatoon bar.

Bobby Leibel, who is 25, pleaded guilty Monday to two counts of assault with a weapon in provincial court.

He was originally charged with attempted murder.

It happened on Dec. 14, 2013 when a brawl broke out at the Rock Bottom bar.

Bear mace was sprayed after another man, 20-year-old Timothy Muldoon, pulled a sawed-off rifle from his pants and pointed it at a rapper on stage.

Muldoon pleaded guilty to gun-related offences last year and was sentenced to four years in prison.
