A 15-year-old boy has been charged with first-degree murder in Saskatoon's 10th homicide of 2016.

On Oct. 14, emergency responders were called to reports of an injured man.

Dylan Phillips, 26, died at the scene.

The teenager is also charged with committing murder for the benefit of a criminal organization, and two counts of assault with a weapon, which stems from alleged assaults against two other people in the same incident.
