Buffalo Bills receiver Sammy Watkins says he'll "definitely" return from an ankle injury and play Sunday against the Miami Dolphins.
Watkins is listed as questionable. He didn't practice Friday, a day after having a setback in practice.
Watkins has been out since hurting his left ankle while catching a touchdown pass against Cincinnati on Oct. 18.
The Bills' top receiver has just 11 catches for 147 yards and two touchdowns in four games.
Buffalo (3-4) also is without receiver Percy Harvin (knee) and defensive tackle Kyle Williams (knee).
