Vancouver Canucks forward Brandon Prust was fined $5,000 by the NHL on Sunday for spearing Boston Bruins forward Brad Marchand on Saturday night.
Prust was assessed a 10-minute misconduct penalty for the incident in the third period of the Bruins' 4-0 victory in Vancouver.
