Dan Dawson scored five goals, including three times on the power play, as the Rochester Knighthawks downed the Toronto Rock 12-5 on Saturday night in National Lacrosse League action.
Rochester (2-1) finished the game by converting on all six of its power-play opportunities while the Rock were 1 for 4.
Cody Jamieson struck twice with Joe Walters, Joe Resetarits, Cory Vitarelli, Stephen Keogh and Jordan Hall rounding out the attack for the Knighthawks.
Colin Doyle and Rob Hellyer both had a pair of goals for Toronto (0-3), with Brett Hickey adding the other.
Matt Vinc kicked out 36 shots for the win in net as Brandon Miller made 42 saves in defeat.
