Dhane Smith scored four goals and added five assists as the Buffalo Bandits downed the Toronto Rock 12-6 on Saturday night in National Lacrosse League action.
Mark Steenhuis and Ryan Benesch both had a pair of goals for Buffalo (2-1). Kevin Brownell, Mitch Jones, Daryl Veltman and Alexander-Kedoh Hill rounded out the attack.
Kevin Ross and Stephan Leblanc each scored twice for the Rock (0-4). Billy Hostrawser and Rob Hellyer added the others.
Anthony Cosmo turned away 37-of-43 shots for the win in net. Brandon Miller made 33 saves for Toronto.
The Bandits failed to score on their lone power-play attempt while the Rock were 0 for 2.
