The Dodgers have agreed to a one-year, $1,065,000 deal with pitcher Chris Hatcher, avoiding arbitration.

The right-hander earned $552,500 last season, when he was 3-5 with a 3.69 ERA.

Five other Dodgers have filed for arbitration, including closer Kenley Jansen. The others are catcher Yasmani Grandal, infielder Justin Turner, outfielder Scott Van Slyke and pitcher Luis Avilan.

Salary figures are to be exchanged Friday, with a deadline of Feb. 1. After that, any unsettled cases go to an arbitration panel, which will decide a player's salary.

Hatcher's deal was announced on Wednesday.
