England has won the toss and chosen to bowl first under cloudy skies against Australia in the fourth Ashes test at Trent Bridge.

England is 2-1 ahead in the series and will regain the urn with a victory in Nottingham.

The English brought in Mark Wood for fellow paceman Jimmy Anderson, who is out with a side strain.

Shaun Marsh replaced younger brother Mitchell Marsh in Australia's only change to the team beaten by eight wickets at Edgbaston in the third test. Captain Michael Clarke, searching for runs after a disappointing series, drops down the batting order to No. 5 to accommodate Marsh.
