Former Australian rugby league star Jarryd Hayne is inactive for San Francisco for the first time this season as the 49ers were set to host the rival Seahawks on Thursday night.

The running back and return man played in each of the first six games. He also visited Seattle and went to a game last fall before signing with the 49ers.

San Francisco running back Carlos Hyde and wide receiver Anquan Boldin both dealt with injuries during the short week but were set to play in a matchup of two 2-4 teams looking to get back in the NFC West race.

A pair of former 49ers were inactive for Seattle, linebacker Nick Moody and defensive end Demarcus Dobbs.
