Former Chelsea team doctor Eva Carneiro has appeared at a tribunal hearing for her constructive dismissal case against the English Premier League champions following a dispute with then-manager Jose Mourinho.

The private hearing took place at the London South Employment Tribunal and Carneiro didn't comment outside. Carneiro's lawyer, Mary O'Rourke, said no settlement was reached and there would be a future hearing.

Carneiro was dropped from first-team duties after Mourinho accused his medical staff of being "naive" for taking to the field to treat Eden Hazard with Chelsea down to 10 men in the league opener against Swansea in August, following goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois' dismissal.

Carneiro also has a separate personal legal action against Mourinho, who was fired by Chelsea in December, for alleged victimization and discrimination.
