Germany's Felix Loch won a World Cup luge race Sunday for his second straight singles victory.
The two-time Olympic champion had a two-run time of 1 minute, 36.316 seconds. Russia's Semen Pavlichenko was second at 1:36.531, and American Tucker West finished third in 1:36.775.
World Cup leader Wolfgang Kindl seventh. He has a 21-point lead over Loch after seven of 12 races.
American Chris Mazdzer was eighth in 1:36.876.
Loch also helped Germany win the relay, teaming with Tatjana Huefner, Tobias Wendl and Tobias Arlt. The U.S. team of Mazdzer, Emily Sweeney, Matthew Mortensen and Jayson Terdiman was fourth.
