Trey Green was 21-for-28 passing for 261 yards and had a career-high five total touchdowns as Prairie View A&M overcame an early deficit to route Arkansas-Pine Bluff 54-29.

Arkansas-Pine Bluff jumped out to an early 14-0 lead when Brandon Duncan threw a 5-yard scoring pass to John Hawkins, and Daunte McDonald ran for a 1-yard score.

Prairie View got on the board when wide receiver Christian Rousseau completed an 8-yard scoring pass to John Allen on fourth-and-4. Later, Green threw a 10-yard touchdown pass to Demarquo Lastrappe to tie it at 14 before halftime.

Prairie View (5-2, 5-1 Southwestern Athletic Conference) broke the game open by scoring 26 straight points after halftime. Green had scoring runs of 1 and 25 yards during the spurt.

Duncan finished with 308 yards passing, three touchdowns and an interception for Arkansas-Pine Bluff (1-7, 0-6). Hawkins caught three passes for 101 yards.
