A look at what's happening all around the major leagues today:

___

YOU AGAIN?

Mariners ace Felix Hernandez starts for the 44th time in his career against the Angels. He's 13-13 in those games, but is 5-0 with an 0.93 ERA in his last nine tries. King Felix opposes Garrett Richards at Safeco Field.

ENCORE, ENCORE

Marlins star Jose Fernandez starts the opener of a four-game series at home against Cincinnati. He won last week in his return from Tommy John surgery, pitching six innings vs. San Francisco and hitting a home run, too.

CAMPAIGN STOP

Colorado shortstop Troy Tulowitzki would be thrilled to make his fifth All-Star team, but not if it means pushing his way in. He's among the five candidates in fan voting for the last roster spots in each league — balloting ends Friday. "If I gather enough votes from the fans, that it would obviously be appreciated. And an honour," he said. "But I don't think I'll do much campaigning on my part." Tulowitzki and the Rockies host Atlanta.

STATE YOUR CASE

Zack Greinke (7-2) makes his final push to start the All-Star Game when he pitches at Dodger Stadium for first-place Los Angeles against last-place Philadelphia. Greinke leads the majors with a 1.48 ERA and is working on a career-best scoreless streak of 27 2-3 innings.

PRICE IS RIGHT

All-Star lefty David Price (8-2, 2.54 ERA) has won four straight decisions — two with complete games — going into his start for the Tigers at Minnesota, a team he has beaten twice this season. Price has the third-best road ERA in the league (1.86). He will face Twins righty Mike Pelfrey.
