The Chinese again denied 32-year-old Lee the world title in four consecutive attempts and extended his head-to-head record to 12-9.
Top-seeded Marin beat second-seeded Saina Nehwal of India 21-16, 21-19 in the women's final.
"I just kept fighting ... kept the shuttle on court because I knew she was more tired than me," the 22-year-old Spaniard said.
On a successful day for defending champions, top-seeded Zhang Nan and Zhao Yunlei beat fourth-seeded Liu Cheng and Bao Yixin 21-17, 21-11 in an all-Chinese mixed doubles final.
Mohammad Ahsan and Hendra Setiawan of Indonesia defeated Liu Xiaolong and Qiu Zihan of China 21-17, 21-14 to win the men's doubles title.
In the women's doubles final, Tian Qing and Zhao Yunlei of China beat Christinna Pedersen and Kamilla Rytter Juhl of Denmark 23-25, 21-8, 21-15.
