Dominique Wilson scored 19 points and North Carolina State beat No. 22 Duke 65-62 on Thursday night for the Wolfpack's first victory on the Blue Devils' home floor since 1996.
Duke led 34-30 after three quarters. A 3-pointer by Ashley Williams followed by two Wilson free throws gave the Wolfpack a three-point lead, 58-55, with three minutes left. A 3-pointer by Kyra Lambert cut it to 63-62 with nine seconds left but Wilson made two free throws and a 3-point try by Angela Salvadores missed.
Duke had won 152 straight home games against unranked teams.
Jennifer Mathurin added 15 points and Williams 12 for the Wolfpack (13-5, 4-1 ACC), who won their fourth straight.
Azura Stevens had 21 points and 11 rebounds, her 10th double-double of the season for the Blue Devils (12-6, 1-3). Lambert added 12 points and Salvadores 11. Duke had 21 turnovers which turned into 30 Wolfpack points.
