Panathinaikos easily defeated visiting Kalloni 4-0 in the Greek league Sunday for its second straight win to open the season.

Nikos Karelis opened the scoring in the eighth minute from a cross by Zeca, and Marcus Berg made it 2-0 in the 31st when he pounced on a back pass to the goalkeeper. Stathis Tavlaridis added the in the 57th when Kalloni's defence failed to clear a corner and Mladen Petric closed the scoring in the 80th, tapping in a cross from Nikos Kaltsas.

Also, Giannena beat PAOK 3-1, Panetolikos won 2-0 at Asteras and Panionios beat host Iraklis 1-0. Platanias hosts Atromitos Monday.

Panathinaikos is tied with defending champion Olympiakos on six points after two rounds. Olympiakos won 2-0 at Levadiakos Saturday.
