Frank Raggo connected on a 29-yard field goal as time expired and Delaware rallied to beat William & Mary 24-23 on Saturday night.

Down 23-14, the Blue Hens scored on consecutive 12-play drives, using their running game to chew up clock and yardage. Joe Walker capped off the first drive with an 11-yard score to Tre Brown, Walker's first touchdown pass of his career. After a Tribe three-and-out, Delaware ran the ball 11 straight times to the William & Mary 12-yard line.

Thomas Jefferson had 174 yards on 28 attempts and Kareem Williams had 106 yards on 23 totes for Delaware (2-3, 1-1 Colonial Athletic Association), including a 5-yard score on the game's opening possession.

DeVonte Dedmon's 89-yard kickoff return put William & Mary (2-2, 1-1) on the scoreboard after Williams' score. Dedmon also scored on a 57-yard pass from Steve Cluley. Kendell Anderson added 101 yards rushing.
