Tre Roberson passed for 304 yards and three touchdowns, leading Illinois State to a 38-2 victory over Missouri State on Saturday.

Anthony Warrum caught all three of Roberson's touchdown passes for Illinois State (5-1, 3-0 Missouri Valley Conference), scoring on receptions of 20 and 34 yards in the first quarter and a 75-yarder in the second. Warrum finished with a career-high 194 yards on seven receptions. Marshaun Coprich rushed for 139 yards and two touchdowns, setting the Redbirds' record for career all-purpose yardage with 4,136.

Missouri State (1-5, 0-3) avoided the shutout when George Moreira was stopped for a 2-yard loss in the end zone for a safety. Jason Randall carried it 17 times for 62 yards for the Bears and Breck Ruddick added 57 yards on seven attempts.

Illinois State led 31-0 and had 379 total yards by halftime.
