Catcher Yasmani Grandal and infielder Justin Turner of the Los Angeles Dodgers are having arthroscopic surgeries to repair injuries that bothered them during the season.

Grandal had surgery Wednesday on his left shoulder AC joint, a problem that affected his hitting in the second half. Turner is set to undergo a procedure on his left knee Thursday to clean up loose bodies. Team physician Dr. Neal ElAttrache is performing both surgeries in Los Angeles.

The team says both players will be ready for spring training.
