In this photo by Bernat Armangue, a Naga sadhu, or naked Hindu holy man, pauses inside a tent during Kumbh Mela, or Pitcher Festival, at Trimbakeshwar, India. He chose the life of a holy man at age 16 and is staying in the Nasik-Trimbekshwar area for the two-month festival. Hindus believe taking a dip in a holy river during Kumbh Mela will cleanse them of their sins. Thousands of people are expected to bathe in western India's Godavari River this year.
