(8:30 a.m. ET) U.S. retail sales for July. Consensus is an increase of 0.6 per cent from June. Excluding automobiles, consensus is an increase of 0.5 per cent.
(8:30 a.m. ET) U.S. initial jobless claims for week of Aug. 8. Estimate is 270,000, unchanged from week of Aug. 1.
(8:30 a.m. ET) U.S. import prices for July. Consensus is a decline of 1.2 per cent from June.
(10 a.m. ET) U.S. business inventories for June. Estimate is an increase of 0.3 per cent from May.

(9 a.m. ET) Canada existing home sales and average prices for July. Estimates are an increase of 6.0 per cent and 9.0 per cent year over year, respectively
(9 a.m. ET) Canada MLS Home Price Index for July. Estimate is an increase of 5.8 per cent year over year
(9:15 a.m. ET) U.S. industrial production and capacity utilization for July. Consensus is an increase of 0.3 per cent from June and 78.0 per cent, up from 77.8 per cent in the previous month, respectively.
