After a positive February, the markets are moderately overbought and it is not surprising that some signs of technical strain have appeared. From the current position the markets could pause and pull back to digest recent gains.
But the bull market's trump card is that recent price breakouts, if sustained and followed through in the coming weeks, will be very bullish for the longer term. Our recent stock reports continue to identify buying opportunities in most sectors.
