wine review

Fast becoming an iconic B.C. white, this is full-bodied opulence in a glass. Ripe and succulent, it would impress fans of French Condrieu, the appellation that excels with aromatic viognier. Expect flavours of apricot, pineapple and orange and a dusting of spice. The 14-per-cent alcohol makes its presence felt, but that's par for the course with viognier. It would match beautifully with Indian curries.
