Allied Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (DOG)

AP-UN-T

If you really want to scare an Allied Properties investor this Halloween, forget the ghosts and vampires – just show up dressed as an empty office tower. With remote work still haunting office landlords, Allied reported leased occupancy of just 87.4 per cent at the end of the third quarter – roughly flat with a year earlier – and said it is considering a distribution cut to strengthen its balance sheet. No wonder the units took an axe to the head.
