On Sept. 22, chair and chief executive officer Mike Gordon invested over US$159,000 in shares of Altus. He bought 5,000 shares at a price per share of US$31.91, increasing the holdings in this specific account to 46,940 shares.

BCE Inc. (BCE-T)

On Sept. 18, chair of the board Louis Vachon invested over $306,000 in shares of BCE. He acquired 10,000 shares at a price per share of $30.63, increasing the holdings in this particular account to 100,000 shares.

Bank of Montreal (BMO-T)

On Sept. 21, Piyush Agrawal, chief risk officer of BMO Financial Group, exercised his options, receiving 10,073 shares at a cost per share of $122.31, and sold 10,073 shares at a price per share of $248.5283. Net proceeds totaled more than $1.2-million, not including any associated transaction charges. After these transactions, this particular account did not hold any shares.

CGI Inc. (GIB-A-T)

On Sept. 15, Rakesh Aerath, president of CGI’s Asia Pacific Global Delivery Centers of Excellence, exercised his options, receiving 3,226 shares at a cost per share of $63.23, and sold 3,226 shares at a price per share of $101.60, leaving 1,070 shares in this particular account. Net proceeds exceeded $123,000, excluding any associated transaction fees.

Previously, we reported executive vice president and chief administrative officer Stephanie Mango exercised her options on Sept. 14, receiving 15,167 shares at a cost per share of $63.23, and sold 15,167 shares at an average price per share of roughly $100.02. Net proceeds totaled more than $558,000. After these transactions, this particular account held 10,346 shares.
