Listed below are four stocks that have had recent selling activity in the public market reported by insiders.
Pan American Silver Corp. (PAAS-T)
On Jan. 13, senior vice president of strategic initiatives and environment Sean McAleer sold 3,625 shares at a price per share of $78.8655 leaving 22,617 shares in this particular account. Proceeds of the sale totaled more than $285,000, excluding trading fees.
Silvercorp Metals Inc. (SVM-T)
On Jan. 19, director Yikang Liu divested 10,000 shares at an average price per share of approximately $16.46, trimming the holdings in this particular account to 103,333 shares. Proceeds from the sale exceeded $164,000, not including commission charges.
Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD-T)
On Jan. 15, Teri Currie exercised her options, receiving 24,000 shares at a cost per share of $72.84 and sold 24,000 shares at a price per share of $130.72. Net proceeds totaled more than $1.3 million, not including any associated transaction fees. After these transactions, this particular account held 163 shares.
Ms. Currie sits on TD’s U.S. board of directors and is the former group head of Canadian personal banking.
Earlier this month, TD’s share price closed at a record high, topping $132.
Tourmaline Oil Corp. (TOU-T)
On Jan. 12 and 13, chief legal officer of external affairs Scott Kirker sold a total of 169,666 shares at an average price per share of approximately $59.70 for an account in which he has control or direction over (OneEleven Investments Ltd.), after which this specific account did not hold any shares. Proceeds from the sales exceeded $10 million, not including commission charges.
