Most of the buying took place between May 1-4 when chief investment officer Julian Schonfeldt bought 27,676 units at an average price of $18.85, establishing his initial stake in the REIT. Mr. Schonfeldt joined Primaris on April 1, 2026. He was formerly the chief investment officer at Canadian Apartment Properties REIT.
