Vecima Networks Inc. (VCM-T) reported fourth-quarter revenue of $24.4-million up from $14.6-million for the same period a year ago. Net income was $700,000 or 3 cents versus a loss of $100,000 or a penny per share a year earlier. The expectations was for earnings to be zero cents per share.

Goodfood Market Corp. (FOOD-T) is expanding its Montreal facility with the signing of a lease for an additional 72,000-square-feet adjacent to the company’s current location.

The five-year lease, with three five-year renewal options, will double the production capacity of the Montreal facility and increase facility size to 155,000 square feet.

“Our expanded state of the art facility will double our sales capacity in Eastern Canada and increase our national sales capacity from $300-million to $500-million as we continue to add new meal options and expand our product offering to better meet to the needs of our fast-growing customer base," said Jonathan Ferrari, CEO.

Largo Resources Ltd. (LGO-T) says its operating subsidiary Vanádio de Maracás S.A. has repaid in full to Banco Pine S.A. its outstanding debt of about $22.9 million." The BP Debt was the only long-term debt that remained outstanding in Brazil following repayment of the Company’s facilities in August," the company stated.

Blackline Safety Corp. (BLN-X) reported third-quarter revenue of $4.7-million, up from $2.3-million and ahead of expectations of $3.8-million. The company said it was its highest-ever quarterly revenue. Its net loss was $2-million or 5 cents per share, which was in line with expectations and compared to a loss of $2.1-milion or 6 cents a year ago.

Aleafia Health Inc. (ALEF-T) says it has signed a supply memorandum of understanding with CannTrust Holdings Inc. (TRST-T). Under the terms of the agreement, CannTrust has the right to purchase up to 15,000 kg of cannabis from Aleafia in 2019. “It is a new agreement, expanding the relationship between the two companies,” the company stated.
