Tymlez Group Ltd. ( (AU:NVQ) ) just unveiled an update.
NoviqTech’s subsidiary Coralia has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding with A Healthier Earth, the climate-tech R&D arm of Pure Data Centres Group, to assess the economic feasibility of AHE securing at least 70% of the biochar carbon removal credits from Coralia’s Great Barrier Reef Biochar Project. Subject to feasibility, the project plans to process about 2 million tonnes of biomass into roughly 550,000 high-integrity biochar credits, positioning Coralia to benefit from premium pricing in a supply-constrained market for durable carbon removals.
The 12-month, non-binding MOU includes exclusive production trials at the North Queensland project site, with the parties also exploring a potential joint venture to construct a dedicated biochar production facility. Coralia will lead site development, regulatory compliance and feasibility work, while AHE will provide technical review, machinery support and a global platform to commercialise credits, potentially strengthening NoviqTech’s role in servicing rising carbon removal demand from data centres and AI infrastructure if formal agreements are ultimately executed.
