Aecom Technology ( (ACM) ) just unveiled an update.
On June 10, 2026, AECOM entered into a new $500 million revolving credit agreement with a syndicate of lenders led by Bank of America, N.A., establishing a committed facility maturing on June 9, 2028, with no borrowings outstanding at inception. The facility is secured by substantially all assets of AECOM and certain subsidiaries and is governed by leverage-based pricing, unused commitment fees and customary financial covenants, including a maximum consolidated leverage ratio of 4.0 to 1, which together enhance the company’s liquidity while imposing standard constraints on additional indebtedness, transactions and corporate flexibility.
The credit agreement’s terms, including guarantees from select subsidiaries and comprehensive lien coverage, reinforce lenders’ protection and align AECOM’s capital structure with typical investment-grade infrastructure peers. For stakeholders, the arrangement supports AECOM’s funding capacity for ongoing and potential projects, while covenant and default provisions—such as cross-defaults, change-of-control triggers and collateral enforcement rights—underscore the operational discipline and financial risk parameters under which the company will operate over the facility’s life.
