Trane Technologies plc TT reported impressive fourth-quarter 2025 results, wherein both earnings and revenues beat the Zacks Consensus Estimate.

Adjusted EPS of $2.86 surpassed the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 1.4% and increased 9.6% year over year.

Revenues of $5.15 billion outpaced the consensus mark by 1.3% and rose 6% year over year on a reported basis and 4% organically. Bookings were up 24% year over year on a reported basis and 22% year over year organically.

TT’s Revenues and Bookings

The Americas segment’s revenues of $4.01 billion increased 6% year over year on a reported basis and 5% organically. Bookings were up 27% on a reported basis and 26% organically to $4.65 billion.

The Europe, Middle East and Africa segment’s revenues came in at $771 million, up 12% year over year on a reported basis and 2% organically. Bookings were up 19% year over year on a reported basis and 9% organically to $731.8 million.

Revenues from the Asia Pacific segment were down 5% year over year on a reported basis and 6% organically to $360.9 million. Bookings gained 2% year over year on a reported basis and 1% organically to $376.8 million.

Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Figures of TT

Trane ended the year with a cash balance of $1.76 billion compared with $1.6 billion in the December-end quarter of 2024. The debt balance was $3.92 billion compared with $4.32 billion in the December-end quarter of 2024. The company generated $3.22 billion of cash from operating activities and free cash of $2.89 billion at the end of the fourth quarter of 2025.

TT’s 2026 Guidance

For 2026, TT expects revenue growth of approximately 8.5-9.5% and organic revenue growth of approximately 6-7% compared with full-year 2025.

Adjusted EPS for full-year 2026 is expected to be in the range of $14.65-$14.85 per share. The midpoint ($14.75 per share) of the guided range is below the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $14.79 per share.

ACN’s earnings were $3.94 per share, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 5.6%. The metric increased 9.8% from the year-ago quarter. Total revenues of $18.7 billion beat the consensus estimate by 1% and rose 6% on a year-over-year basis.

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) has reported impressive second-quarter fiscal 2026 results, wherein earnings and revenues outpaced the Zacks Consensus Estimate.

ADP’s earnings per share of $2.62 beat the consensus estimate by 1.6% and increased 11.5% from the year-ago quarter. Total revenues of $5.4 billion missed the consensus estimate by a slight margin but grew 6.2% on a year-over-year basis.
