President's Day Sale - 70% Off

Alamos Gold ( (TSE:AGI) ) has issued an announcement.

On February 18, 2026, Alamos Gold Inc. announced a 60% increase to its quarterly dividend to US$0.04 per share, lifting the annual rate to US$0.16 and extending a 16-year track record of regular payouts. The higher dividend, payable on March 26, 2026 to shareholders of record on March 12, is backed by record 2025 free cash flow of US$352 million and expectations for further free cash flow growth.

Management linked the enhanced capital return to a pipeline of high-return projects, including the Phase 3+ Expansion at Island Gold in 2026, a larger Island Gold District Expansion in 2028, and the Lynn Lake project in 2029, which together are expected to nearly double annual output to about one million ounces by 2030 at lower costs. The company also highlighted its dividend reinvestment plan, allowing investors to receive new shares from treasury at a 1% discount instead of cash, reinforcing both shareholder returns and balance-sheet-funded growth.

The most recent analyst rating on (TSE:AGI) stock is a Buy with a C$80.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Alamos Gold stock, see the TSE:AGI Stock Forecast page.

The score is driven primarily by strong financial performance (high profitability, low leverage, improving returns) and supported by constructive technical trends. It is tempered by a relatively expensive valuation (P/E ~29.7 with a modest dividend) and operational/guidance risks highlighted on the latest earnings call despite record cash generation and strong liquidity.
