Announced its audited consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025. HEALWELL achieved record annual revenue from continuing operations of approximately $103.8 million in fiscal 2025, an increase of 427% compared to the $19.7 million in fiscal 2024. The Company reported an IFRS net loss from continuing operations of $39.1 million in fiscal 2025, compared to a net loss of $24 million in fiscal 2024. HEALWELL AI Inc. shares T.AIDX are trading down $0.02 at $0.91.
