Affiliated Managers ( (AMG) ) has shared an announcement.
On June 9, 2026, Affiliated Managers Group, Inc. entered into a Fourth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement that establishes a $1.25 billion senior unsecured multicurrency revolving credit facility maturing on June 9, 2031, replacing its prior facility from November 2024. The agreement, led by Bank of America as administrative agent and joined by a syndicate of lenders, permits the company to increase total commitments by up to $750 million, strengthening its funding flexibility.
Borrowings under the new credit facility can be used for working capital and other general corporate purposes, including investments in new and existing Affiliates, debt repayment, share repurchases, and cash dividends, supporting both growth and capital return strategies. The facility includes leverage and interest coverage covenants, as well as customary restrictions on priority indebtedness, asset sales, and major corporate changes, which collectively balance financial flexibility with lender protections and help frame the company’s risk profile for creditors and shareholders.

Spark’s Take on AMG Stock
According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, AMG is a Outperform.
AMG scores well primarily on strong financial profitability/earnings quality and a notably upbeat earnings call with strong growth guidance and record AUM/flows. Technicals add support via an upward trend above key moving averages. The main offsets are rising leverage, a recent pullback in free cash flow growth, and a valuation profile that is reasonable but not boosted by a high dividend yield.
