AMTD and TGE plan potential acquisitions of various hotels
AMTD Group, AMTD IDEA Group (AMTD) and The Generation Essentials Group (TGE), a subsidiary of AMTD Digital (HKD), jointly announce that the Group has been in active discussion with the relevant parties for the potential acquisitions of various hotels across the world, including one located in the New York City which is currently under exclusive negotiation. The Group expects to expand its hotel portfolio to exceed 1,000 rooms within the next 12 to 15 months.
