ANTA Sports Products ( (HK:2020) ) has shared an announcement.

ANTA Sports Products Limited has called its annual general meeting for 12 May 2026 in Xiamen, where shareholders will review the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 and vote on a proposed final dividend of HK108 cents per share. The meeting will also consider the re-election of executive and independent non-executive directors, the reappointment of KPMG as auditor, approval for the board to set directors’ and auditor’s remuneration, and a mandate authorising directors to issue new shares up to 10 per cent of the existing share capital, moves that collectively shape capital management, governance continuity and future financing flexibility for investors.

The proposed dividend signals management’s confidence in the company’s 2025 performance and returns cash to shareholders, while the director re-elections and auditor renewal aim to ensure governance stability and oversight continuity. The refreshed share issuance mandate, subject to shareholder approval, would equip the board with headroom to raise equity or support strategic initiatives without returning to shareholders for separate approvals on each transaction, potentially influencing future dilution and capital structure dynamics.

The most recent analyst rating on (HK:2020) stock is a Hold with a HK$84.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on ANTA Sports Products stock, see the HK:2020 Stock Forecast page.
