TORONTO, Aug. 15, 2025 /CNW/ - Automotive Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: APR.UN) (the "REIT") today announced a cash distribution of $0.0685 per REIT unit for the month of August 2025, representing $0.822 per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on September 15, 2025 to unitholders of record as at August 29, 2025.
