Announced the closing yesterday of the second tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement financing pursuant to which CAP S.A., Hochschild Mining Holdings Limited and New Hartsdale Capital Inc. subscribed for an aggregate of 4,136,851 common shares of the Company for aggregate gross proceeds of US$8,541,725.03 at a price of C$2.83 per share. Aclara Resources Inc. shares T.ARA are trading unchanged at $5.00.
