("ARC" or the "Company") announces that it has closed its previously announced agreement to acquire condensate-rich Montney assets in the Kakwa region in Alberta (the "Assets") from Strathcona Resources Ltd. in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $1.6 billion(1) (the "Transaction").
