ASML Holding N.V., the Dutch semiconductor equipment maker, reported the results of its April 22, 2026 Annual General Meeting, where shareholders adopted the 2025 statutory financial statements and approved a total 2025 dividend of €7.50 per share, including a final dividend of €2.70. Investors also backed discharging the Board and Supervisory Board from liability for 2025, endorsed the 2025 remuneration report, and approved share issuance mandates, buyback authorization of up to 10% of issued capital, and the cancellation of up to 10% of shares, reinforcing ASML’s capital return flexibility.

Shareholders further approved the reappointment of Terri Kelly and An Steegen and the appointment of Benjamin Loh to the Supervisory Board, while discussing the end of Alexander Everke’s term and upcoming 2027 board rotations, signaling continued refreshment of ASML’s governance structure. Spark’s Take on ASML Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, ASML is a Outperform.

Strong financial quality (high margins, low leverage) and a bullish earnings update with raised/narrowed 2026 revenue guidance drive the score. Technicals are supportive with a clear uptrend, though momentum looks stretched. The biggest offset is valuation (high P/E and very low dividend yield), plus cash-flow volatility and near-term margin pressure risks.
