March consolidated net revenues reached NT$61.58 billion (US$1.95 billion), up 18.2% from February and 14.6% year on year, while first-quarter net revenues were NT$173.66 billion (US$5.51 billion), down 2.4% from the previous quarter but 17.2% higher than a year earlier.

The company’s core ATM assembly, testing and material business delivered particularly strong growth, underscoring robust demand for outsourced semiconductor back-end services. Spark’s Take on ASX Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, ASX is a Neutral.

The score is primarily driven by improving fundamentals and a positive earnings narrative around ATM/LEAP growth, supported by strong technical uptrend signals. Offsetting this are weak cash conversion (negative 2025 free cash flow) and a relatively expensive valuation (high P/E with modest yield).
