(TSXV: AVN) (OTC: ARGYF) ("Avanti" or the "Company") is pleased to announce it has closed the second and final tranche (the "Second Tranche") of its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") of units of the Company ("Units") by issuing 1,000,000 Units at a price of $0.25 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $250,000. Together with the first tranche of the Offering (the "First Tranche"), the Company issued an aggregate of 2,200,000 Units for aggregate gross proceeds of $550,000.
