(TSXV: AVN) (OTC: ARGYF) ("Avanti" or the "Company") is pleased to announce an increase in the size of the previously announced non-brokered private placement financing (the "Offering") of units of the Company ("Units") at a price of $0.09 per Unit. The size of the Offering has been increased from up to 13,363,333 Units to up to 17,030,000 Units for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $1,532,700.
