(TSXV: AVN) (OTC: ARGYF) ("Avanti" or the "Company") is pleased to announce an increase in the size of the previously announced non-brokered private placement financing (the "Offering") of units of the company ("Units") at a price of $.25 per Unit. The size of the offering has been increased from 4,000,000 Units to up to 6,000,000 Units for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $1,500,000.
