(TSX: BABY) (OTCQX: BABYF) (FSE: 0YL) (the "Company") announces that the Company's principal regulator in Canada, the British Columbia Securities Commission (the "BCSC"), has notified the Company that it has issued a cease trade order (the "CTO") under Multilateral Instrument 11-103 Failure-to-File Cease Trade Orders in Multiple Jurisdictions against the Company. The CTO was issued as a result of the Company's delay in filing its interim financial statements, the accompanying management discussion and analysis, and CEO and CFO certifications for the period ended March 31, 2025 (the "Interim Filings") on SEDAR+ within 45 days after the end of its interim period on March 31, 2025.
