On April 14, 2026, Brookfield Asset Management Ltd. entered into an underwriting agreement with RBC Capital Markets and SMBC Nikko Securities America for a US$1 billion debt offering comprising US$550 million of new 4.832% senior notes due 2031 and a US$450 million re-opening of its 5.298% senior notes due 2036. The notes, issued under existing indentures and offered via a cross-border shelf prospectus structure in Canada and a Form F-10 registration in the United States, are expected to close on April 17, 2026, further bolstering Brookfield’s access to long-term financing and reinforcing its position as a well-known seasoned issuer in North American capital markets.
