On April 17, 2026, Brookfield Asset Management Ltd. completed a US$1 billion senior notes offering, issuing US$550 million of 4.832% notes due April 15, 2031 and US$450 million of 5.298% notes due January 15, 2036, with semiannual interest payments beginning in July and October 2026. The 2036 tranche taps an existing 5.298% 2036 series and, together with covenant protections on liens, tax gross-up provisions, change-of-control put rights and flexible make-whole and par call redemption options, provides Brookfield with long-dated, structured funding that enhances its balance sheet flexibility and supports its long-term asset management strategy.
